Vivian Wong is a guzheng performer and teacher and currently serves at the Director of Cultural & Education at the Calgary Chinese Music Development Association. She won a Bronze Medal at the Fifth International Zheng Competition in Hong Kong in 2017. With over 13 years of experience, she is passionate about sharing the beauty of traditional Chinese music through both performance and education.

As a teacher, she blends structured techniques with a warm and encouraging approach, tailoring lessons to each student's pace and learning style. Her teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, music expression and cultural appreciation, fostering both technical skill and a deeper connection to the art of guzheng. She works with students of all ages and levels, providing personalized guidance whether they are exploring the instrument for the first time or preparing for performances and examinations.
